When will the server be out???

I know that people are saying it will be out when its out and stuff but on this forum I haven't seen any posts from the past few months except my own and it seems like the server would be out by now, and that maybe theres a new forum or something? anyway just someone reply and update me cuz im completely in the dark on this lol thx
